Welcome.  I am Anna Helton, a certified massage therapist practicing in Lakewood, Colorado.  I am a 1998 graduate of Colorado Christian University where I received a bachelor’s degree in Health and Sports Science.  In early 2001, I followed my passion for helping people by pursuing the education in massage therapy.  A year later I graduated from Colorado School of Healing Arts completing their 700 hour massage and 110 sports massage programs.  Since then, I have taken continuing education credits to further my knowledge of massage practices.  In addition to my own practice, I also perform massages for a Physical Therapist, Jason Cherry, at Belmar Physical Therapy, and offer chair massages onsite for the Denver Newspaper Agency.  During the summers, I have a position on the State of Colorado Sports Massage Team working several sporting events around Colorado.

I enjoy giving and receiving massages; however, when I am not working, I can be found with my husband cycling on my road or mountain bike, snowboarding and snowshoeing in the Colorado high country, backpacking in remote areas of the Rockies or traveling in the US.  With a lifestyle as active as I lead, there is nothing I look forward to more than a regular massage.  Not only does it help to flush out toxins from fatigued muscles but gives me the mental relaxation and body awareness which is crucial if I want to make sports a lifetime endeavor.Please visit my other pages to learn more on my rates and packages.  I look forward to meeting with you and providing a healthy lifestyle.
